Summerset by the Park

Michael and the Above Ground team have been working with me at Summerset by the Park for 12 months. During this time, we have formed a strong professional relationship and achieved marked improvement in the grounds.

The village has had a history of gardening problems and poor maintenance and the residents were frustrated at how the gardens looked in the village. Michael and his team have brought the gardens up to speed carrying out a large amount of weeding and trimming and making general improvements around the grounds. When the residents had specific garden issues they wanted addressed, Michael went the extra mile and called the residents personally to hear their issues and explain how and when he would get these seen to. The residents were so thankful to have this extra service and have spoken very highly of him and his friendly team.

During the year we also worked on several projects in the village revamping garden areas that were lacklustre. I personally walked with Michael around these areas and gave him very basic instructions to fix these areas, add colour, and told him what the budget was. Michael not only planned out the improvements but was able to implement them successfully and within budget. His team went above and beyond and did several extra hours at no cost to us to ensure that these projects were delivered within budget and on time.

As a result, the residents are genuinely happier with the look and feel of the gardens and family of residents have written me letters gushing at how happy they are now to have a beautiful garden to greet them when they come in to visit their loved one.

Michael has always been easy to contact, and communicate with and has often gone the extra mile to help out when needed.
